Post by Commander Cody »

there was a thread ( and probably still is ) in the charcoal section, about, gunk cooking into your water pan after a cook.

i think it was OPed by zook33per.

we got it sorted for him, but..............i told ya'll that i had to, yep.....just had to go and get me some ribs so i could gunkify my water pan.

and that my friends is what i did do.

just to make you feel even better............$12 per kilo.......

will post photos of these ribs and the water pan all gunked up after the cook-out.

hey just on the off.............has anyone else tried the crown golden ale..??..
it is surprizingly good............and i might just make it my goto for a while and keep all the others for special occasions......mind you....
.............that cooking up $12 per kilo ribs is sooooo TOTALLY a special occasion.

Wow Kev...those ribs look pretty darn special to me...nothing here like that.....the ones you get in Newie look like they've been on a Jenny Craig diet before they are sold :(

So are we gonna get a look at the gunkafied pan?

here is a shot with some home grown sweet peppers, these are going in the mighty T machine for a good smoke drying session.

thank dog i only had these three racks prepped...........the rib rack would not be able to take anymore than these.

Davo they was dun in the WSM..........the sweet peppers are going in the mighty T machine.............

that pan was only to keep the drippings from ruining the laminated table.

got good and pissed, so hopefully i left all vents open and the water boiled off.

will take photos a little later.
