Loving to experiment with food, I brined a chook yesterday.Free Range.
Standard brine from this site using brown sugar.
Soaked it for 3 hours, removed, rinsed and patted dry.
In the fridge uncovered for 6 hours and roasted in my Garth.
Wow I was impressed, the wife was very impressed,she likes chook more than I.
Appears I have to do this all the time now.

Great skin colour!! Iam however a little concerned about your tongs,looks like that chook has done a sword swallowing act on it?
Try the beer can titch,more of a reason to drink half of that amber fluid me thinks
