This is a recipe I did a while back. I just cooked this again this evening on the Scottsdale and again it was really good. Great flavors and a fun cook all around. I'd also like to point out that this marinade is excellent on thin sliced beef short ribs or flank steak. I even marinated a Tri tip in it once and that was to die for!

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts
1.5 lbs Lean Beef Stew Meat
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
6 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Cloves Fine Chopped Garlic
Pepper to Taste
8 oz. Mushrooms
1/2 Red Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
