Soychiliander Sauce

Hello Guy's

I thought I'm going to put some recipes up for sauces which are good with all sort of meat, make them myself and always get good feedback.

Soychiliander Sauce

1 cup of fresh pressed lemon juice
1 cup of brown sugar / sugar cane sugar
4 table spoon's of sweet soy sauce
6 table spoon's of low salt soy sauce
6 chilies (I prefer hot ones)
4 Garlic cloves pressed
1 bunch of Coriander
Corn flower

I use little non stick pot and heat up the lemon juice, add the sugar, sweet soy, soy, chilies, garlic and simmer it for 20min. After 20min I add the chopped Coriander and cook it for another 2 min. Then I take to pot of the heat, mix up 2 table spoons cornflower with some cold water and stir it well, mix it into the sauce and heat up again. Sauce should thicken, if not add some more corn flower same way as described before till sauce has a nice texture and you're happy to serve it !

Cool it down and refrigerate or service it right away with your preferred meat. Its nice with chicken or beef. ENJOY !
