Hi everyone.
Obviously I'm from Perth, pretty new to this level of BBQ although I have experience with spits, smoking fish and the odd hangi. Currently deciding wether to buy or build an offset smoker. Once I get past that and with some guidance hopefully it will be onto some quality meats!
