Dave, they jibed you
It is only half full Why did they not 2nd tier it and pack it to the roof line

Glenn..I think the Chimneys might've dictated against that idea...besides it might've pushed the container above the weight allowed for the sidelifter trailer to carry.
Due to the weight of the sidelifters, they are usually restricted to 22 tonne payload but the cranes can safely lift about 32 tonne if unloading from another trailer.
One big issue with containers is imports are not always loaded up real well...I've had loads inside containers move sideways on me nearly toppling me and also front and rear with steel banging up and down the front and rear doors...it scary stuff sometimes

Be carefull of the weight issue Dave. If the container goes over 26tonne, the transport company may be forced to unload at their depot..This will cost you more money.

Thanks mate,
Will definitely keep this in mind. I have been in Sydney for the last few days ( sorting out distributors ) so I didn't have to unload in the heat. 27C here ....... nice
I had a look at all of them in the US just before they were loaded into the container.
Aussie Lamb from Feast Fine Foods in Adelaide, flame grilled on the Yoder YS640 , coated with "Wingman's" ( Rob's ) own BBQ Sauce recipe which includes Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce & Dr Pepper Cherry ..... also some Mango wok tossed veg.
Hi all
I have a small BBQ recently opened in Hobart. I'm using a the hark at the moment. It's great but a lot of work for what I'm doing. So recently went to Adelade and met Dave from Grill Pro. He had chucked a brisket on the YS 640 for us to try in the Arvo. It was fantastic. The build quality on these bad boys is mind blowing. So much so I'm currently organizing flying a YS 1320 the USA for our BBQ. Let me add I was a major skeptic, but for flavor, bark and overall ease of use these are awesome. I'll still be using my offset of a daily basis for service because us Tassie folk love our raw flame bbqs but of a night When it arrives I can sleep instead of working 22hr days. That excites me
Cheers team
