Any one tryed the Matani pork crackler seasoning salt, guarantee for crunchier pork crackling??? smells good, taste good so far!

Never seen it!.....but I use their Chicken salt to crackle my pork roasts.

Yeah I tried it about a month ago or two but I used it on some pork belly that had flavours that over powered the seasoning salt so I'll have to do a traditional roast soon to see how it goes when it's not competing.

can't really say how it tasted, planed to cook it for 3 hours! but stayed at the pub for 6 hours! came home, carved it, ate it, went to bed! woke up the next day and the loin roast was still sitting on the bench! (forgot to put in the fridge), but the dogs loved it the next night. Bloody beer
