cocochef

Post by cordsagain »

Hi all again
I have just finishedcooking some fish for my wife using cocochef and at present I am cooking a bread and butter pudding the fish turned out wonderfully
I only used 20 brikets and am very happy with the light up period only 20 minutes I defennantly think when I cook the leg of pork tomorrow I will use 2 kg as I think I will need as much heat as possible to cook and create crackling.
thank you Glen for ur post.

Very pleased to hear you had success with them.
I think a whole box is just a tad too many so watch your oven temp and be ready to adjust the bottom vents.
But as I said, You really cant have too many and you will find that sweet spot.
If trees screamed when we cut them down, We wouldn't. If they screamed all the time we would.
