Hi all!
If you could spend a few weeks being trained by a bbq master anywhere in the world , who would it be?
Which bbq master would you like to be taught by?

i always used to wonder how clean that cloth was hangin' out of his back pocket
But i did like ol Huey.
Adam Perry Lang is a Chef from NY that turned his hand to the grill....and as much as i like slow cooked meat, different takes on the art of grilling is fascinating and when you consider that most international outdoor cooking is high heat grilling over live fire.

Heston Blumenthal
Probably not known as BBQ master, but, with his unique approach to food and cooking, I'd reckon he'd have some super ideas, recipes and techniques.

Roel Westra aka Pitmaster X.
I love how he does comparisons between different techniques and methods on the same food and he isn't afraid to admit that he's made a mistake on camera. His accent is very cool too.

Myron Mixon or Steve Raichlen if I had to pick a traditional guru.
Heston would have some great ideas and be inspirational. Ramsey would be fun to swear with.
But..........
Google would be my final choice because there's no limits, boundaries or preferences when you search hard. Every food style in the world is available and someone has experimented and adapted a lot of it to BBQ saving me from doing too much thinking.

Vegetarian is an old Indian word for bad hunter.
