On Christmas eve, I shelled, deveined and marinated some endeavour prawns in garlic, sweet chilli sauce and green ginger wine. Refrigerated overnight and pan fried for Christmas lunch nibblies. They were very tasty and all disappeared before any pics could be taken. I have more in the fridge for tomorrow.
