Well I guess the entry fee goes to cover the site hire, security fencing, 24/7 security guards, musicians, kids activities, picnic chairs and tables, provision of power, night lighting, stage, etc etc. Be interesting to know what the exhibitors pay to be there..... Was too expensive for me to go, That's money I could put towards meat for the BBQ.

Would have liked to go though, might have if the ticket price was less.

I've had that brazilian charcoal down here in Melbourne, it was wet inside the plastic but no mould. I let it dry out and I thought it was good burning, just expensive

haven't seen a silverside like that at Tasmans, was it rolled or flat or or???

Not sure I could describe a brisket adequately to someone that didn't know what I wanted so if this works out well then that may be an easier get, and the price is right :D
