Ours is even simpler Make the patty out of to quality beef mince (normally from our own beasts)and flatten out till its pretty thin. Cook it quickly over high heat :mrgreen: Toast a hamburger bun,add lettuce,fried onion,bacon,egg,sauce :mrgreen: Done Some times the simple things taste the best :wink:

I have done both,cut the throat and bled out but most of the time I shoot them in the paddock and then cut there throat(they still bleed out fine).We have never had a tuff piece of meat by doing it that way.
