Re: Webber kettle repairs

Not so much the grate but the bottom rack which joins at the bottom wheels. I was thinking of using some pliers to bend it even more but was hoping there was another solution.

Webber kettle repairs

Hey guys

Have a bit of a issue with my weber kettle. The bottom rack keeps coming off the leg and it doesn't stay in anymore after moving house.

Anyone have any idea how to keep it in place?

Re: low and slow in weber kettle

thanks aussieant

i have seen the snake method which is pretty cool. Im still new to the charcoal scene and with work being busy lately, still have yet to try other methods of using the kettle. I love the taste of charcoal, so really looking at roasting and low and slow methods
