Re: I have to do this!

Nah, All string cheese in OZ is cheddar not mozza, idea behind string cheese here is fun for kids, mozza is basically blah bland taste wise, so wouldn't be a hit with the kiddies.

Re: Asking the pellet heads

I seem to be heading the other direction.... With pellet poopers I first bought the (GMG) Davy Crocket, then because of lack of cooking space, the Daniel Boone, I gave the Davy Crockett to a legally blind mate because he loves BBQ, but he was concerned about handling hot coals etc but didn't w...

Sorry Folks, but I'm back !!!!

I'll be posting in small packs at this stage as touch typing with a non-moving pointy finger is a pain in the ahem "you know whatsit". But, I am back at work and when I get my stamina back for my usual 12-17 hours days, I'll start really Q'ing again. At the moment all I'm doing is chucking...

Re: Which Knives Do You Use

I use Kiwi Brand, Titch put me onto them, use, abuse, throw away, then spend another $7 for another. Super sharp from new, they are a soft metal, so easy to resharpen/reshape. And when your a blade dunce like myself, ease of maintenance is important.
