Thoughts on Ziegler and Brown twin grill

Hi guys.... I used to have a Baby Q that I sold when I moved to Cairns and to an apartment. I moved yet again and I am thinking of getting a new BBQ. I am interested in the Ziggy BBQ Galores actively markets. 99% of my grilling will be steaks and the odd roast. Any thoughts on the Ziggy? I loved the...

Re: Stovetop kettle smoker

I hear you, bro...... On the other hand it's the ease of their operation that's also appealing, especially for a newbie.

Do you know if besides that really fine wood chips, stovetop smokers can also use pellets?

Stovetop kettle smoker

Thinking of getting one of these stove top kettle smokers by Nordicware..... The main reason I turn to these innstead of a proper smoker is that I will be cooking small quantities of food (Bachelor) and atm not worth the investment in a proper smoker. Anyone has any experience with those? They any g...

A couple of questions.....

Being new to the whole BBQ theme, I wanted to ask a couple of questions......
