I hear you, bro...... On the other hand it's the ease of their operation that's also appealing, especially for a newbie.

Being new to the whole BBQ theme, I wanted to ask a couple of questions...... I noticed that when I grill steaks on my baby Q, the side that goes in first has great grill marks and is wonderfullly cooked while the second side is nowhere near as seared.
