Re: Advice on the trifire for this weekend

Thanks guys. Things have changed and the beef is now out due to other dishes. Also it's now just going to be a lamb and pork roast so I'll set it up on Friday night for an early fire up on Saturday. Probably a bit ambitious of me to jump straight into overnight cooking.

Re: Advice on the trifire for this weekend

I do have a webber which I would normally do a roast in and could fire it up in the morning for a hotter cook. I could put in the blade and do a roast, and then in the smoker do a low and slow pulled pork and lamb?

Advice on the trifire for this weekend

Re: G'day from WA

The new decking wood is untreated, fairly new milled jarrah. The old stuff we removed had been painted on one side so that's going - although thankfully most of it has gone thanks to people driving by and having some use for it. After a bit more reading I think I'll have a crack at a weber snake wit...

G'day from WA

Hi all, Stumbled on this site while looking around for info on smokers. Just replaced my verandah deck so have a fair bit of jarrah boards and joists left over. Figured there must be a better use than the tip. Was originally looking at the Landmark offset from barbeques galore, but then seeing some ...
