In the UK it was traditional for my mates and I to go for a post Christmas curry. Something about needing some spice after all the bland Christmas food and a good catch up of course.
Anyway post Christmas curry urge and feeling a bit homesick.
Chicken thighs marinated in yogurt and tikka powder mix.
Cooked on the Weber GA with a Kettle BBQ Bits riser.
Then turned into a hot Butter Chicken Tikka curry served with sag paneer, tarka dhal and poppadoms.
Awesomelt tasty and therapeutic
