One Greasy, messy, tasty feed.

Post by titch »

They lifted our travel areas a bit, so I was able to go to a local market.
Grabbed some Lamb Ribs, real beer food normally.
Made up a marinade using Gochujang paste as a base.
Oil, Garlic, peanut oil, brown sugar, honey
ginger sesame oil, spring onion.
Let it marinade overnight.
Smoked using snake method with cherry low for 5 hours
could have gone a bit longer but i was hungry
wife hammered them

enjoy

Oh Man.....that looks incredible......delicious.

Gotta say I've never had lamb ribs before as My wife hates the smell of lamb and so therefore it's not much point in me cooking it just for me.

But jeez I'd like to give this a go. any chance to share the marinate recipe Titch....Please :)

The photos look pretty good too...
