Got a rub recipe from a usa forum. They all say its good. Went and bought the goods. Now my question is can i double the recipe or triple it? Or some ingredients might over power cheers

Shouldn't be a problem doubling, tripling or making ten times as much as long as each ingredient quantity is increased by the same percentage and you've got the capacity to mix it evenly.
I'd try doubling it the first time because the maths is easier for me. I usually come undone counting out the many tablespoons when one of the kids sings out and I lose count.
Looks like a good rub recipe too, might even make a batch myself

I have a big jar sitting at home where I have done exactly that with a similar recipe. In fact, the book I got the recipe from actually recommended it. Just be aware that you want to use it before your ingredients go stale.
