Sorry no photos of ribs didn't have time they turned out amazing .
I have found a butcher that cuts ribs for me , am I allowed to put his details on this site ?

After some trial and errors Chris finally produced amazing ribs
I have nothing to do with his business but he deserves a plug and I'm sure will look after you all .
