My husband has a great Webber Q BBQ, but he's away a lot so I thought I'd better learn to use it! LOL

What kind of Weber BBQ Sue? Charcoal or gas?

Hi Sue, what did you want to be able to do with it? What type of food etc?

We are going to the Urban Griller BBQ School in a couple weeks, got a gift voucher for Christmas.

You'll love that, I've had the pleasure of having a bit of a play in there. If you've only used the Weber Q then this should be a real eye opener.
