Just about ready now.

Done and dusted.
If you can get your hands on any of these I thoroughly recommend them.

Nicely executed Chucky Ozrob
If trees screamed when we cut them down, We wouldn't. If they screamed all the time we would.

Here is one of the many tasty ways I use them.
Slow cooked Indian curry, a Rajastani style base.
Makes me wonder why I BBQ brisket!
Couple of easy Roti FTW.

Yeah Smokey, so many fabulous dishes using brisket.
Grain finished Angus brisket
Outstanding product, and it really came out tender and juicy with a nice bark
I smoked it with a hickory chunk.
Nice looking beef. I separated the point because upon opening the bag I discovered the processor had sliced thru the point. This was the best option for a better result.
Really good!
The Beef Shop Maddington has some, worth the effort!

I marinated the chook in Asian inspired flavors, garlic, coriander, two types of soy and fresh chilies, fish sauce.
Set the charcoal with some apple wood and some almond wood from the garden, and smoked the chook.
It was extremely delicious, I will be using this combo again!
That was some good chook!!

Bucc,
Seriously mate, have you ever considered producing your own book?
I think your cooking prowess and photography is worthy enough for consideration to put into a hard cover.
Just sayin'
