The restaurant was called Belvedere and was located at Cinque Terre in Monterosso on the coast of Italy.
It was a variety of whole seafood cooked in a clay pot for several hours with a heap of tomato, garlic, chilli etc etc and they bring it out and pour it into a huge bowl.
I counted about 30 muscles, 6 large prawns, whole octopus, whole lobster, pipis, calamari, fish and a stack of bread..

While the Mrs did help she didn't come close to eating half of it and there was no way I was leaving anything behind from a dish that tasted so amazing.
As for the cost I can't remember exactly but I do recall calculating it in AUD and thinking it was under $200.
Sucks to be back at work
