G'day All,
Been lurking for a while and decided it's time join in. I bought a q3200 a few weeks ago and am loving it but can already see myself wanting a smoker in the near future. So far on the Q I have cooked steaks, snags and a chicken roast and all have been great so this weekend I am going to try low and slow short ribs & chicken wings.

Anyone know where I can grab an A-maze-n tube and some hickory pellets in Sydney (preferably southern Syd) before Sunday? I think there's a place in Leichardt that stocks them but can't remember the name - too many google searches of late.

Anyway I'll be sure to ask for help when needed and hopefully one day will be able to give something back...

I'm sure Grill Pro (Dave) is the importer of the amaze n tube. Have a look at this link to his website. I think it lists the Leichart store you mentioned.
