I remember when UG did a bulk buy of Cape grim. I think we got the short ribs for $21kg and the brisket for $12kg.
How many Kilos in that box?

I bought a 3.5kg pack today for $17.99 per kilo. What is the best way to cook these, I have only ever cooked pork spare ribs?

That's a good price Muppet!
Could maybe do a Perth buy together if you ever do another box.
Those should last you awhile though :)
