Hi All,

I'm Back did you miss me Mountain Mick, The Missus and Myself have been traveling overseas & around OZ , learning different BBQ & smoking ideas hope to share over the future, We have a few more trip planned to South Africa, Thailand, NZ, USA, Canada, India, Czech Republic, Spain, Brazil & Costa Rica.

New computer, new outlook on life, and we are also so to be Grand Parents so a new generation to teach. :lol: :P :D

Thanks Guys,

Yes back when I was first ill the Doctor gave me a death notice and a time of 18 months , well we have smoked that it now just on 5 years , I did loss it a bit at first worrying about dying, but and old mate look me in the eye and let someone else worry about dying and get on living every day you got, the old mate passed away that night, so I took his advice. and Karin & Myself when to New Zealand for a few week and that did us a world of goo, so Now I live every day as if it's my last. and yes still see the doctors but I keeping on top of it and getting a kick out of life. MM :P :P :P


Mountain Mick's Smokey Rissoles in a sauce made of passata red wine olive oil and kalamata olives and the rissoles are a spicy Turkey rissoles with onion garlic lots of spices and herbs including sage, oregano, basil & pimento. Served with smoked broiled chat potatoes corn on the cob with saffron rice and asian steamed vegetables and the rissoles and potatoes were cooked in our a electric master build smoker and we use the little bit of redgum rosemary and garlic wood as the smoke agent
