Sorry Chris gotta disagree with you there, I check out the vanilla slice section every time I hit a new bakery. It's more important than crispy pastry on the sausage roll

I have seen some people use one of these little kettles and a flexible vent to a kamado for cold smoking.

Anyone here tried that?
