You can imagine how I felt looking at these while I have no charcoal bbq to cook them with!

I'm just wondering what a bystander would think when they see someone taking pictures of the meat

$14/kg is a bit steep.
Last time I got Cape Grimm beef ribs they were less than that.

How much were the Cape Grimm ones? Not that I ever see them around these parts...

Be good for the general public if they start selling it I guess. Better quality beef. Still won't be buying an ounce of meat from the supermarkets.

Beautiful looking beef! It looks like Costco there has the same quality there as they do here! Lets see, 2.896kg is 6.6lbs. or $6.13/lb...I would take that in a Heartbeat right now with Beef prices over here for what looks to be similar if not better then USDA Choice!

You're right Bent, they were beautiful looking ribs and I would have bought them if I was in a position to cook them properly. The only thing I didn't like: as with all Costco beef it was grain fed. Is that the case over your way as well?
