Sourcing Dry Rub Ingredients
After reading different threads, articles, web pages and books with Rub recipies. I was wondering where is the best place to source dry rub ingredients? Kosher salt, course pepper etc that are suitable for homemade rubs. (Not commercial quantities)

I used to buy my spices from the asian supermarket in Victoria Street Richmond
There should be one in most places Indian,Chinese, Vietnamese or Middle Eastern

Green Valley in Sydney is excellent.
