Need to get this out

Dear friends and acquaintances of the forum,
as some of you already know last Tuesday my beautiful wife who is 38 years old suffered a heart attack and has been in a coma ever since.
Unfortunately the situation is dire and the out look does not look good at all.
I have no words to describe how I feel what has happened to my soulmate.
My daughters and I have been prepared for the worse.

I share the prayers and sorrow for your family and your wife John...mate that is very sad....however with her being in a coma means that she is resting deeply and peacefully and that miracles can happen....We are all praying for this miracle John....stay strong for her mate.
