Gave this a shot on Sunday. They certainly seem to be taking a while to dry.... I've got them in the backyard today, with a warm 26 degree forecast I hope that helps them along.

A few people have been posting on where to get the raw nuts from, I got mine from Woolworths in Wynyard station, they come in 500g bags.

Will give an update next weekend when hopefully they are dry and I can roast !

I waited 3 weeks for mine to dry, they went mouldy first.... really disappointing.

Maybe its the cooler weather, I don't know. Will try again in summer.

Give them a head start in your oven...most ovens will run 50C....a couple of hours then they should dry without mould.
