With inspiration from another post I decided to make tacos.
Sautéed up some garlic, onion, fresh diced tomato, freshly ground cumin and a pinch of mixed herbs. Added a dash of water
(Quick taco sauce)
Let it all simmer until thickened slightly.
Mixed it through the heated up pulled pork.
A simple salsa
All packed into a taco shell with some extra trimmings.
Bit of cheese, sour cream and rocket.
Absolutely delicious, barely touched the sides.
Next pulled pork cook up will be as much as I can cram in the weber, leftovers are the best!
