Ask for Hanger steak ,Thats what I believe it is.
Churrasco just means Grilled beef

In Australia Australian butchers call it skirt steak. Was very popular in the 70s 80s early 90s. Especially when tenderised and rolled or stuffed with seasoning and rolled. These days the skirt is just boned out for mince meat.

Wollies sell it for 19 dollars a kg if yoy can get it there . My butcher in yeppoon have it for around 12 a kg and has it all the time . Its a great cut cook it really fast or really slow no good for stewing . I use it in beef stirfrys soooo goood
