Hey all
First go at short ribs on the weber. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Currently ribs have been rubbed and ready to go. I’m thinking 140deg for a few hours and then cover later in the cook.
Question - do I need to add water to keep them from goi g dry or will the wrap in alfoil hold in the moisture?
