I plan on doing my first brisket on the weekend
i have just weighed out the briskets i have in the freezer from when we had a beast killed a few months ago and they came out at 2.5 & 2.3kg (they were rolled and cut before i could say leave them whole)
so my question is - Can i season/rub them them lay one on top of the other keeping the fat caps on the outside and cook them that way as though it was one 4.8kg piece?
Can i double up brisket?
