Pork Leg help - urgent

Post by cashew »

So the wife called me asking about some pork collar butt yesterday and I said go for it expecting to do pulled pork in the hark gas smoker. Unfortunately tonight I checked it out and she some how ended up with a 3.5kg leg rolled roast with the bone out so now I'm a bit lost.
Can I cook it low and slow (110ish) for 7+ hours and if so will it pull like shoulder does? Or should I cook it differently? Or do I just give up and tell her we'll cook it in the oven as a regular roast?

It's late notice but any advice would be appreciated!

Will do. I was leaning that way already so that just locks it in. I'd rather a good roast than wrecking a decent bit of meat by doing the wrong thing with it.
