Has time killed me?
I marinated a shoulder of lamb on Friday, intending to slow cook it today. Circumstances have turned things upside down and now I can't cook it until Tuesday. It has been in the fridge wrapped in gladwrap in a baking dish, will it still be OK?

Hell yeah I would cook it - the marinade will really get into it by Tuesday. If you have a vac sealer, I would vac it up to keep air out and get even more flavour into it, but that's just me. I wouldn't leave chicken like that, but lamb should be fine.

You were right, it was great. Just as well I didn't throw it out.
