Some things are best left for the man to do, and what better day than today to do a leg of lamb.
Here's a half-leg approximately 1.8kg, having a test with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme and oregano. I'll fire up the OTG soon, the plan is to make lamb wraps. Progress pics to follow.

1 hour in, Maverick showing around 144F internal. Will take it out around 160F just to satisfy the kids!

Came out quite good, those garlic slivers add so much flavour right through the meat. This was delicious on pita bread with tzatziki, Franks Red Hot Sauce and some salad.

Awesome mate!. I did my first roast on my weber yesterday, 2.5kg leg of lamb. Was a little dry but I probably left it on a bit too long. So good though:)
