I took some inspiration from this post and did a rack of cape grim beef shorties on the DB. Rubbed them with BPS Money rub. Did em at 250f until 205f IT. With a bit of a spritz now and then. Really moist and great flavour. Mmmmmmm

That Cape Grim and all of the other post I have seen on it sure does look like some quality Beef!
