Found me a brisket

Post by kenshinzero »

Hi all
I have to say finally found a new supply of brisket.

Brisket is a jbs riverina Angus and she looks the goods. (Also half the price of my last Angus brisket)

Going to try out a cook this weekend with it see how she goes.

Tip Top Butchers
10 Raymond Rd
Laverton North VIC 3026

that there was 10.99KG

In regards to availability I would say high they are a massive factory that supplies a lot of the places around Melbourne for meat.
I also get my Pork scotch there for pulled pork (if your there and you see a guy looking though all the pork scotch for the right one you may have found me)

Best part is they sell direct to public.

That is a 24lbs Brisket, geez, I thought the 19lber I cooked one time was big! The left was a 6.8kg, center 8.6kg and right 5.4kg.

So after a trim and a cook this is how she looked I'm afraid I don't have any sliced photos as everyone dug in quite quick Image
