Hey all, I know thes question has been asked a few times but im trying to get a whole wagyu brisket in sydney and cant find any. has anyone brought one recently and where from??
Tried nicloson and saville, meat emporium and vics and they all only have point end.
am i missing out on much if I just settle with cooking the point rather than the whole thing?? (ive done a point before was hoping to try a flat for something different as ive never eaten the flat end)
Thanks
shane

Cheers mate, gee 7kg just for the point, maybe I might just stick with that then may be biting off more than I can chew chasing a whole brisket.
Thanks for the pic mate that's helpful!!

Image is too big, make it 650 pixels wide, and when you paste the address, highlight it and press the IMG button on the toolbar to put the tags each side.
