So.. bring the missus home from the hospital and pull into woolies...
Pick up a 6 pack of turkish rolls and 3x pork scotch fillets (tied them together) later and the weber is a go!
5 1/2hrs later.. apple wood and some memphis dust dry rub. Apple juice, grilled green capsicum, swiss + parmesan cheese and red onion (spanish onion I think) and I got myself a very smokey pork cheese melt!
And to wash it all down we have a bottle of penfolds 2001 bin 389 cab shiraz straight from the cellar!
Sorry no photos im half cut and I cant wipe the grin off the my face.. best part is the missus cooked noodles and fish for dinner.. left overs for lunch tomorrow!
