Lenards stuffed chicken rolls?

Post by mishimc »

Has anyone tried one of these in the Weber Q? If so, how long did you cook it for and did it turn out OK? TIA!

Aaaah maybe you don't have the Lenard's chicken franchise shops down there. The rolls are simply rolled chicken with different fillings - I think this one has macadamia nuts and honey in the stuffing. Think I will just roast it on the trivet as normal and give it about 50 to 60 minutes. One way to find out - try it!

I know it's a bit late but I did 2 of Lenards stuffed whole chicken rolls for Christmas in the Q220 & they were sensational....I wrapped them in oiled foil, poked some holes in the bottom & onto the trivet for 60mins at roast setting...once the time is up remove the foil carefully & let it cook for another 15 mins until golden brown. I put the oiled, seasoned veggies in at the same time & they were perfect. I hope this may help.
