Is it possible to freeze a brined chook , have them already brined ready to go ? . Has any one tried this before and if so how did it turn out?.

Freezing destroys the cellular structure as the moisture in the cells expands and corrupts the cell wall...that's why a defrosted chook leaves a big puddle.

Pumping the cells with moisture (which is what brining does) will exadurate the effect, but you might still be left with a moist bird?
.....Not sure, I only ever freeze Brisket.

Cheers
