1 jar of Mango chutney
1 sliced Jalapeño
3 tblsp minced garlic
1 white onion
3 tblsp mustard
1/3 cup of white wine

Made it up the night before.

Chared the fillets up a bit.

Poured over the top & cooked for 15 mins.

Came out very tasty!
Next time instead of using jalapeños & a jar of mango chuckny, I might try the indian spicy mango chutney by sharwoods!
