Smoking Cheese in the hark/coola.

Post by C.B & S. » Fri Jul 28, 2017 3:28 pm

Hi,
Such a great winters day here in Melbourne. :P :P
Just perfect for smoking some Aldi el cheap cheddar & some Jarslberg I picked up from Costco recently.
Fired up the hark/coola. smoker for this.
It is a little bit of work watching things don't melt away, but the end result is worth it.
Now in the fridge to vacuum pack tomorrow.
Here is a few pictures of the results.
Cheers, hope you enjoy looking.
:) :)
