Such a great winters day here in Melbourne.
Just perfect for smoking some Aldi el cheap cheddar & some Jarslberg I picked up from Costco recently.
Fired up the hark/coola. smoker for this.
It is a little bit of work watching things don't melt away, but the end result is worth it.
Now in the fridge to vacuum pack tomorrow.
