Hi Guys,
Had some new sauces I ordered of the internet turn up the other day, had heard about these from a chef at a restaurant I went to a few months ago and being that they have all natural ingredients, my wife has allergies to food additives ect, they sounded like a great addition to my BBQ cupboard.
They are Pickapeppa Jamaican sauces mostly based on Mango's with one Pepper sauce.....that one packs a bit of a punch I can tell you but still a great flavour....my fav is the Ginger one as it doesnt taste real gingery as you would expect but nice and sweet......work really well as a marinade too.
It took some serious searching but I finally found them from here.....http://www.onlinetackleshop.com.au/sauc ... 3_194.html.

Re: New Sauces
Are you coming to the BBQ show in Perth during March? I'll be bringing over some seriously hot pepper sauce for the chili heads. Too hot for me but I'm willing to share.
