Re: how to use Hot sauces
Just about everything.
Try that hot sauce on scambled eggs on toast Aint nothing finer
the same hot sauce over king Oscar sardines on toast
Tip, I avoid chili sauses that have "Chili Extract" as an ingreedient.
Not always but mostley.
It tends to have a tin foil after taste

I use franks on pizzas, pastas and to make some buffalo wing sauce
can also add it to marinade some meat along with garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce etc etc
I've also used it to create a simple chilli garlic prawn pasta and asian hokkien stir fried noodles etc etc

Habanero, isn't that one of the top hottest chillis? haha nah that's too hot for my liking. I can take the heat not a problem but it's not what I call an enjoyable heat for me. that green bottle looks interesting

And don't forget to put some on your baked beans!
Badass Beans as taught to me by an indian fishing guide in Canada
Can of baked beans
Squeeze of lemon
Squirt of American yellow mustard
Dashes of hot sauce, as many as your bad ass can handle
Consume with fish fresh from the lake and into the frying pan. Extinguish flames with as much cold beer as required.....
