I picked up some pork ribs that I'm keen to try in the Hark Gas Smoker but the wife and I are used to sauced ribs like you'd get at ribs and rumps or hogsbreath. Can anyone recommend a good recipe, or even better something ready made? I'll try rub eventually but for now would like to stick to what we know.
Also any techniques or tips for wet ribs are appreciated.

Re: Sauce for Pork Ribs?
thanks, I had the original sweet baby rays and believe they are available from coles now but wasn't sure if the sort of sauces I'm used to are just a regular BBQ sauce or a bit different? What I'm used to is a bit sweeter and maybe more of a glaze than a regular sauce.
